I'VE ALREADY TRIED GOING TO THE GYM. WHY WILL THIS BE DIFFERENT?

Because most gym plans aren’t built around cycling. This programme matches your riding, season, recovery, and goals.


HOW MUCH TIME DOES THIS TAKE EACH WEEK?

Typically 2–3 gym sessions per week, 45–60 minutes each. The program is designed to complement your riding, not replace it. We'll go through your current training load on the onboarding call and make sure the strength sessions fit around your schedule.


WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?

Honest answer: meaningful, measurable results; MORE power on climbs, BETTER endurance, feeling STRONGER across a full ride typically takes 90 days. You'll feel changes within the 12 weeks.

Yes. The program caters for riders at EVERY level from people who want to stop getting dropped on the local coffee ride, competitive amateurs & World Tour professionals. The loading and progressions are calibrated to you individually. You don't need to be racing to benefit from this.


IS THIS ONLY FOR CYCLISTS, OR DOES IT WORK FOR IRONMAN ATHLETES AND RUNNERS TOO

It works for endurance athletes. The principles progressive loading, sport specific exercise selection, periodisation apply to anyone whose performance depends on sustained power output and structural resilience. Ironman athletes and trail runners have gone through versions of this work. If your event involves sustained effort and you want to be stronger doing it, this is for you.
